Teams

OpenMAPP is an international collaboration, led by teams in four European countries, which in turn connect to wider international networks.

France

The French team is comprised of theorists from the LPSC Grenoble and the LPTHE Paris, representing involvements in the SModelS, MadAnalysis 5 and HackAnalysis frameworks. The French (Grenoble) team is leading work package 3 on “statistical inference and analysis combination”, in particular regarding the different formats of statistical models, and is responsible for the final physics case study."

Members

  • LPSC Grenoble: Sabine Kraml, Arpita Mondal
  • LPTHE Paris/Sorbonne: Benjamin Fuks, Mark Goodsell

Poland

TBD (Herwig, Contur, GAMBIT, …)

Turkey

TBD (ADL/CutLang, …)

UK

The UK team is comprised of particle physicists from the universities of Glasgow, UCL and Durham, representing involvements in the Rivet event-analysis toolkit, the Contur and GAMBIT data-reinterpretation projects, the Spey statistical toolkit, and the HEPData repository. The UK team is leading efforts on e-infrastructure for database and toolkit metadata sharing, upgrading the statistical capabilities of Spey and Contur for HS3 compatibility, and working together with the Poland team on studies of correlations to optimise analysis combination.
